Our warranty extends to the perfect quality of precote® deliveries. Since both the precote® processing by the coating partner and the application of precote®-coated parts are beyond our control, we cannot assume any warranty for the quality of precote®-coated parts and the composites produced with them. We only accept liability for the suitability of our products for certain applications and for certain properties of the products if these have been agreed in writing in individual cases. In any case of justified warranty claims, these are limited to the delivery of defect-free replacement goods or, if this rectification should fail, to the reimbursement of the purchase price.
