With our experienced technicians and our test laboratory equipment, we are able to support you in selecting the right product and the best technical and economic implementation.

For example, we clarify the following points - preferably using sketches, technical drawings, photos, sample parts or prototypes:

• Do you want to secure, seal or achieve a clamping effect in your application?
• What temperature loads is the bolted connection exposed to?
• What media does the connection come into contact with?
• What is the maximum pressure load in the application?
• Which thread should be coated (size, pitch, material)?
• What does the mating thread look like?
• Are the thread tolerances known?
• Is it a new development or a current application?
• Is the assembly process known?

These are just a few examples of the issues that need to be clarified in order to optimize the design of the coating.

We are happy to offer training courses on precote^® products at our premises, at your premises or at your customers' premises. We can also provide sample coatings to enable you to test our products under original conditions at your premises.
