precote®expertise now fully integrated into the SurTec Group

Following the successful integration of omniTECHNIK into the SurTec Group at the end of 2022,  the organizational merger is now fully complete: Activities in the field of microencapsulated  functional coatings have been fully transferred to SurTec Deutschland GmbH and the global  SurTec organization. The company name omniTECHNIK will no longer be used.

With over 50 years of experience in securing and sealing coatings for fasteners under the  established precote^®brand, the proven expertise is preserved and will be continued within the  SurTec Group. At the same time, we are strengthening our portfolio in the functional coatings  segment and further expanding our global market presence.
